I established this practice to be able to offer my unabridged style of bodywork that I have developed over the course of my career.  My goal is always to affect change in people’s hearts, minds and bodies through mindful touch and effective technique.

I have been in practice as a massage therapist for seven years developing my massage style in the spa, private practice, and physical therapy settings.  I have accrued a collective understanding of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology that has given me an evidence-based, results-oriented approach to the body.
