Hi I’m Tia,
I was born and raised in Asheville, NC, where being surrounded by so many different kinds of people made me want to start capturing them! So when I started photography as a hobby in 2010 I knew I wanted to focus on Portraits. I started off using my moms old Sony camera, what I call ‘The Mom Camera” and then for my 16th birthday she bought me a DSLR. I absolutely fell in love with shooting people and began to really get into it and read more on it. I am a self taught photographer and turned my hobby into a business in 2015. I shoot using only natural light and the perfect time of day. My sessions are laid back, easy-going, fun, and full of laughter.
